Overall Guidelines
Refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with a product, please use our online return center within 30 days of receipt or within 48 hours of receiving the product to submit a return. A refund may be arranged in the form of store credit after the product(s) have been inspected (exceptions may apply). SaniPackz reserves the right to determine if a refund is granted, and in which form. Sanipackz also reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, used, or non-resellable items.
Returns
Sanipackz offers free 30-day returns on most products in the form of store credit. Items should be returned in original packaging and in unused or sealed condition in order to be eligible for a return (exceptions may apply).
A 15% restocking fee may apply to orders that are deemed eligible for a return.

Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 100% money back guarantee in the form of store credit (up to the amount of the original purchase price). If your item arrived in a damaged or defective state, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and show proof of the damages/defects via the proper forms on our contact us page - we have structured our contact forms in a very specific way to most efficiently help resolve your situation.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the uncertainties of the global supply chain and global health conditions, Sanipackz reserves the right to cancel the order at any time without being held liable for any damages or losses.
Products that are in stock in our warehouse are not eligible for cancellation once they have been processed.
Products that are pre-order or back-ordered may be canceled without penalty within 48 hours.
Cancellations are eligible without penalty if SaniPackz has not shipped the order for more than 3 business weeks after the expected shipping date displayed at the time of sale.
Replacements
Defective products and products damaged in transit due to carrier mishandling are eligible to receive a replacement or store credit equal to purchase price, provided documentation of photos and text explanation is sent to us via the forms on our contact us web page within 48 hours of receiving the product. A replacement will be sent if possible. If we are unable to provide a replacement in a timely fashion a refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
Warranties
Some items are eligible for a 30-day replacement warranty if they are found to be damaged or defective. Replacements for these products will be sent out free of charge in a timely manner once they have been inspected by our Sanipackz team. Products that are eligible for a 30-day replacement warranty include:
